    雪菜最好选择浆棵整齐,根攀小、叶色浓绿、叶片肥厚、质地细嫩的。消化功能不全者不宜多食。

    Step 1

    把雪菜冲洗净切细条。Wash pickled mustard and cut shredded.

    Step 2

    豆干切丁粒,冬菇、黄红甜椒切丁粒。Dice dried bean curd, mushroom and capsicum, set aside.

    Step 3

    烧热油,先将豆干略煎香,再放入冬菇炒出香味。Heat some oil in wok, slightly sear dried bean curd till fragrant, toss is mushroom and stir fry well.

    Step 4

    加入雪菜、黄红甜椒及调味料拌炒匀,即可盛上碟享用。Add in pickled mustard, capsicum and seasoning, stir fry well, serve hot.
