    Step 1

    牛肉切条,用调味料腌至少1小时。Cut beef into strips, marinate with seasoning for at least one hour.

    Step 2

    将粉丝泡水30分钟备用。Soak the glass noodle into water for 30 minutes, set aside.

    所有蔬菜切丝备用。Cut all vegetables into slices, set aside.

    Step 4

    起锅热油,放入牛肉炒至半熟后加入蔬菜。Heat some oil in pan, fry the beef till half cook, add the vegetables and stir well.

    Step 5

    加入粉丝和腌汁,炒至汁稠即可。Add the glass noodles and marinating sauce, stir-fry until gravy thickens, done.
