韩式酱烤猪肉 Daeji Bulgogi

【材料】

肉眼450克(切薄片)、 红萝卜片50克、金针菇1包

 

【腌料】

A:捣碎韩国梨120克、大葱1粒、蒜头4瓣、姜茸

15克

B:青葱碎30克、酱油30克、黄糖30克、研磨黑胡

椒粉3克、麻油15毫升

【调味料】

少许盐及胡椒粉

【做法】

1.把腌料中的A料放入电动搅拌机内搅拌成泥,备用。(图1)

2.将腌料A及B全部混合均匀。(图2)

3.把肉片放入腌料中腌妥,收入冰箱至少30分钟或腌隔夜。(图3)

4.将肉片放在铁板上两面烧烤至熟。(图4-5)

5.平底锅内热少许油,把红萝卜丝和金针菇炒均,适当调味后捞起,铺在烤肉上,配白饭吃。

【Ingredients】

450g pork tenderloin(sliced thinly), 50g thinly slices of carrot, 1 pkt Enoki mushroom

【Marinade】

A:120g of crushed pear (Korean pear), 1 big onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 15g ginger

B:1 stalk green onion (chopped), 30g soy sauce, 30g brown sugar, 3g black pepper crushed, 15ml sesame oil

【Seasoning】

dash of salt and pepper

【To Prepare the Salsa】

1.Blend all the marinade ingredients A in a electric blender till smooth.(pic 1)

2.Mix all the marinade ingredients A and B in a bowl.(pic 2)

3.Add the sliced pork and mix well. Keep it in the fridge and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. (pic 3)

4.Grill the pork in hot pan till cooked.(pic 4-5)

5.Heat some oil in pan, saut? carrot and enoki mushroom, season to taste. Served hot with steamed rice and grilled pork.(pic 6-7)
