    要点:锁匙姜、香茅、南姜、豆蔻籽有驱风疗效。

    Step 1

    将全部卤汁料放入深锅,以小火煮 40 分钟成卤汁备用。Boil spice ingredients in low heat for 40 minutes into spiced sauce.

    Step 2

    把烧糖材料以大火烧至深褐色,倒入卤汁和调味料慢火继续煮 20 分钟,然后加入炸豆腐及面筋,焖煮 15 分钟。Cook syrup ingredients in high heat turning dark brown, pour in spiced sauce and seasonings, simmer in low heat for 20 minutes, and then add in deep fried tofu and gluten roll, braise for 15 minutes.

    Step 3

    关火,继续浸泡 15 分钟,取出卤豆腐切块享用。Turn off heat and let tofu remain in the sauce for another 15 minutes before serving.
