    亲子盖饭做法简单,味道非常鲜美,喜欢吃日式的朋友千万不能错过的一道最家常的日料。

    Step 1

    在不黏锅内放入日式高汤、日式酱油、味淋及糖,煮至滚。 In a non-stick frying pan add the dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.

    Step 2

    加入鸡肉,煮10分钟。撒上葱片与鸡肉煮2分钟。Add the chicken, and simmer in the stock for 10 minutes. Spread the sliced onion over the chicken and cook for 2 minutes.

    Step 3

    倒入蛋液,然后盖上锅盖,稍微焖煮2-3分钟或至蛋液半熟。Pour the beaten egg over the top, simmer for 2-3 minutes, until cooked but slightly runny.

    Step 4

    将鸡肉混合料移到白饭上,撒上青葱即可享用。Pour Oyakodon over steamed rice and garnish with chopped spring onion.
