香料黄金饭 Spices Fried Rice

材料 :
印度长米250克、水450毫升、黄姜汁½茶匙、生油1汤匙
配料 :
青豆50克、南瓜籽(烤香)
香料 :
盐1茶匙、桂皮1小条(15克)、小豆蔻4粒、丁香4粒
做法 :
1. 把米洗净,然后沥干水份,待用。
2. 烧热油爆香香料,放入米略炒匀。(图1-2)
3. 把饭盛起放入蒸盘,加入水和黄姜汁拌匀。(图3-5)
4. 放入蒸锅蒸至饭熟约25分钟,加入青豆仁。吃前撒上南瓜籽享用。(图6)

Ingredients:
250g basmathi rice, 450ml water, ½ tsp ginger juice,
1 tbsp soy sauce
Sub-ingredients:
50g green bean, some toast pumpkin seed
Spices:
1 tsp salt, 1 stick cinnamon (15g), 4 cardamom, 4 clove

Method
1. Wash the rice, drain and set aside.
2. Heat some oil in wok, saute spices ingredients till fragran, add in rice and stir well. (pic 1-2)
3. Transfer the rice to steam plate, add in water and ginger juice, mix well. (pic 3-5)
4. Place into steamer, steam for 25 minutes, add in green bean. Spread with some pumpkin seed before
serve. (pic 6)
