香烤蜜酱排骨Grilled Sweet Ribs

【材料】
肉排骨600克

【腌料】
蚝油1汤匙、叉烧酱2汤匙、生抽2汤匙、糖1汤匙、松肉粉1/2茶匙

【涂料】
麻油1汤匙、蜜糖2汤匙

【做法】
1.肉排骨切长段,洗净抹干。
2.把腌料拌匀放入排骨捞匀,边翻边腌2小时至入味。
3.把腌好的排骨放入烤炉,边烤边涂抹酱至两面烤熟即可取出进食。

【Ingredients】
600g Spare ribs

【Condiments】
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp Char Siew sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp tenderizer

【Glazing Sauce】
1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp honey

【Method】
1.Cut ribs into blocks, wash and pet dry.
2.Marinate ribs with condiments for 2 hours. Turn around during interval.
3.Grill ribs in oven until cooked, keep glazing both sides during grilling.
