    Step 1

    烤箱预热至180℃;将鳕鱼用纸巾抹干,涂抹少许盐及胡椒粉备用。Preheat the oven to 180℃and pat cod filets with a paper towel until dry. Season all over with salt and pepper.

    Step 2

    将樱桃番茄、柠檬片、蒜及百里香加入橄榄油捞匀,连同鳕鱼铺在烤盘上。Combine olive oil, cherry tomatoes, lemon slices, garlic, and thyme in a 9"x13" baking dish. Toss to coat and spread into an even layer. Nestle cod pieces into baking dish.

    Step 3

    将鱼放入烤箱烤约15-20分钟至熟。Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of filets.

    Step 4

    取出鳕鱼,撒上迷迭香,挤入少许柠檬汁即可享用。Serve garnished with parsley, more lemon juice, and pan sauce.
