香菜蒜茸烤鸡 Roasted Coriander Garlic Chicken

【材料】
鸡一只
【腌鸡材料】
蒜100克、姜40克、芫茜40克、盐2茶匙、英式咖喱
粉2汤匙
【做法】
1. 先将鸡以嘉威多功能蔬果肉解毒机洗净。
2. 把腌鸡材料中的蒜、姜及芫茜一起研磨至细,拌入盐和咖哩粉,涂在鸡身内外,包上锡箔纸。(图1-3)
3. 将鸡肉放入预热的嘉威太空双宝,以250℃烤25分钟。(图4-5)
4. 剖开锡箔纸,把热度调至200℃,继续烤至金黄色即可。(图6)

【Ingredients】

【Marinade Ingredients】
100g garlic, 40g ginger, 40g coriander, 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp English curry powder
【Method】
1. Ozone the chicken with Cadware Multi Functional Ozone Food Sterilizer.
2. Grind garlic, ginger and coriander leaves using an electric blender until fine, mix in salt and
curry powder, use it to marinade the chicken, wrap with aluminium foil. (pic 1-3)
3. Roast with preheated Cadware Space Oven Wok @250℃ for 25 minutes. (pic 4-5)
4. Remove the aluminium foil and continue roast at 200℃ until golden brown colour. (pic 6)
