香辣的大虾，搭配干辣椒爆炒，记得不要炒得太熟，否则虾子就会失去口感。

    Step 1

    用腌料腌虾1-2分钟。Season prawns with marinade for 1-2 minutes.

    Step 2

    起锅热麻油，把蒜头，姜及辣椒干爆香。Heat sesame oil and saute garlic, ginger and dried chillies until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入虾，调味料，大葱，灯笼椒及青葱，炒均后即可盛出。Put in prawns, seasoning, onion, capsicum and spring onion. Toss and fry briefly. Dish out onto a platter.
