香辣的大虾,搭配干辣椒爆炒,记得不要炒得太熟,否则虾子就会失去口感。

    Step 1

    用腌料腌虾1-2分钟。Season prawns with marinade for 1-2 minutes.

    Step 2

    起锅热麻油,把蒜头,姜及辣椒干爆香。Heat sesame oil and saute garlic, ginger and dried chillies until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入虾,调味料,大葱,灯笼椒及青葱,炒均后即可盛出。Put in prawns, seasoning, onion, capsicum and spring onion. Toss and fry briefly. Dish out onto a platter.
