    Step 1

    以盐、胡椒粉及蛋腌鸡肉5-10分钟。Marinate chicken with salt,pepper and egg for 5-10 minutes.

    Step 2

    鸡肉沾生粉后以温油炸至金黄色后滴干。Coat chicken with potato starch. Deep-fry chicken pieces in medium hot oil till golden brown. Dish and drain well.

    Step 3

    起锅热麻油,把蒜茸、大葱及材料B炒至香。Heat sesame oil in a hot wok and saute garlic, onion and ingredients B till fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入调味料迅速炒均。Add in seasoning and fry briefly.

    Step 5

    加入炸鸡丁,炒均至沾满酱、撒上芝麻即可。Put back chicken pieces and toss till well coated with the sauce. Sprinkle over with toasted sesame seeds.
