    鱼鳔的功效与作用,补肾益精滋养筋脉。鱼鳔的营养价值,富含蛋白质。

    Step 1

    煮一锅沸水各自放入鱼鳔和木耳煮至两分钟捞起备用。Blanch fish maw and fubgus in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    热锅放入少许的油,加入虾米和蒜头爆香。Heat some oil in wok, saute dried shrimp and garlic till fragrant.

    Step 3

    再放入鱼鳔炒一下,过后再放入木耳和金针菇炒1分钟或至材料熟软。Add in fish maw, fungus and enoki mushroom, stir-fry for 1 minute, or until they just begin to soften.

    Step 4

    把所有的调味料倒入搅拌均匀煮至20分钟即可。Add in seasoning and simmer for another 20 minute, done.
