鲍鱼与大虾一样鲜美,一同炖煮鲜甜滋补!如果不要用鸡胸肉,可以以无皮小菜园鸡来炖。

    Step 1

    先将材料放入炖盅,盖着煮3小时,过滤。Put ingredients B into stew pot cover to cook for 3 hours strain out the essence.

    Step 2

    把鸡汁倒入小锅内煮滚,拌入芡汁。Pour chicken essence into sauce pot, bring to the boil and stir in flour solution.

    Step 3

    放材料A入蒸镬蒸3分钟。Put ingredients A into steamer and steam for 3 minutes.

    Step 4

    取出排在碟上,淋鸡汁在面上即可趁热享用。Remove and arrange in a plate, pour chick en essence on top, serve hot.
