    Step 1

    将苦瓜切小块,浸泡冰水20分钟,滤干水备用。Cut bitter gourd into small pieces and soak in cold water for 20 minutes and drain.

    Step 2

    苦瓜拉油,备用。Blanch bitter gourd in hot oil and drain.

    Step 3

    豆酱用水冲洗2次,沥干备用。Wash soy bean paste with water twice and set aside.

    Step 4

    爆香材料B,加入调味料炒香,放入所有材料A,炒片刻,勾芡后即可上碟,洒上腰豆享用。Saute ingredients B until fragrant,toss in seasoning and then pour in all ingredients A; thicken with starch, dish out and sprinkle cashew nut over.
