黄梨泡菜

材料
黄梨500克、包菜200克、红萝卜50克、青瓜50克、指天椒少许、盐2小匙
500g pineapple, 200g cabbage, 50g carrot, 50g cucumber, some chili padi, 2 tsp salt

腌料
有机糖2大匙、柠檬汁2粒、生抽1汤匙、炒香芝麻1汤匙
2 tbsp organic sugar, 2 lemon, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

做法
1.将黄梨去皮切小块。
2.把包菜、红萝卜、青瓜切小块加入盐拌匀腌1⁄2小时,然后冲洗干净,沥干水份。
3.把所有材料放入大盆中,加入腌料拌匀后移入大空瓶内,盖紧放入冰箱冷藏2-3小时才享用。(图1-5)
1.Skinned pineapple and cut into small pieces.
2.Cut cabbage, carrot and cucumber into small pieces, marinate with salt for 1⁄2 hour, then wash and squeeze out accessive water.
3.Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, add in condiments, mixes well and transfer to 1 big jar, cover with cap and store in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.(pic 1-5)
