材料
A:Jasmine Pusa Gold 1121 Extra Long Basmathi米2杯、菜油2½汤匙、水3杯
B:蒜茸1汤匙、丁香6粒、八角4粒、桂皮2寸、柚籽6粒、香茅2支
C:马豆80克(浸泡)、葡萄干60克、炸葱酥 ½小碗

A:2 cups Super Long Basmathi, 2 ½ tbsp vegetable oil,3 cups water
B:1 tbsp chopped garlic, 6 pips cloves, 4 star anise, 2 inches cinnamon, 6 pcs cardamom, 2 stalks lemon grass
C:80g chickpeas (soaked), 60g raisin, ½ small bowl shallot flakes

调味料
盐2茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙

2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder

做法
1.把马豆蒸软待用;Jasmine Pusa Gold 1121 Extra Long Basmathi米洗净沥干。
2.将菜油溶解爆香B料,然后放入Jasmine Pusa Gold 1121 Extra Long Basmathi米炒香,移入电饭锅。
3.倒入水煮成熟饭,然后加入C料及调味料用筷子搅拌均匀便可。

1.Steam chickpeas until soften; wash Jasmine Pusa Gold 1121 Extra Long Basmathi rice grains, drain.
2.Saute ingredients B with vegetable ol until fragrant, toss in Jasmine Pusa Gold 1121 Extra Long Basmathi rice grains, mix well and transfer mixture into electric rice cooker.
3.Pour in water and boil until rice is cooked, stir in ingredients C and seasoning with chopstick.
