培根滑蛋枸杞Bacon Egg With Wolfberry Leaf

材料 A:
枸杞叶500克、半生熟蛋2粒、培根碎50克
材料 B:
上汤1杯、盐和胡椒粉适量、枸杞1茶匙
做法:
1.倒4汤匙炸葱油入镬内,加入枸杞叶。
2.倒入材料B煮滚,取出盛碟,放半生熟蛋在上面。
3.放培根碎入不沾锅内炒至香脆,取出洒在上面即可趁热食用。
Ingredients A:
500g wolfberry leaves, 2 half boiled eggs, 50g bacon chips
Ingredients B:
1 cup broth, salt & pepper to taste, 1tsp wolfberry seeds
Method :
1.Heat 4tbsp fried shallots oil, add in wolfberry leaves.
2.Add ingredients B stir fry until cooked, remove and put in a plate. Place half boiled egg on top.
3.Pan fry bacon chips in a non-stick pan until fragrant, sprinkle on top and serve hot.
