南瓜海底椰炖猪手Double Boiled Shank with Sea Coconut & Pumpkin

【材料】(4人份)
南瓜300克、海底椰3粒、猪手300克(斩块)

【调味料】
鸡精粉1/2茶匙、盐1/2茶匙

【做法】
1.猪手用大沸水灼去血水,洗净沥干。
2.将猪手排入炖盅,再放入海底椰及南瓜;南瓜及海底椰分匀去皮切块。
3.注入清水或高汤淹面,加入调味料,用中火炖2小时,即可享用。

【Ingredients】(4 portions)
300g pumpkin, 3 pcs sea coconuts, 300g pig shank(chop into pieces)

【Seasoning】
1/2 tsp chicken stock granule, 1/2 tsp salt

【Method】
1.Blanch shank in boiling water to remove the scum. Peel pumpkin and sea coconut then cut into pieces.
2.Arrange pig shank in stewing pot, top with sea coconut and pumpkin.
3.Add in seasonings, stock or water to cover the ingredients, double boil in medium heat for 2 hours.
