    Directions

    Step 1

    将豆腐放入冰箱,冷冻过夜至结冰。Frozen tofu in fridge for over-night until hardens.

    Step 2

    把冻豆腐从冰箱里取出,解冻后榨干水份,抓碎备用。Defrost harden tofu, squeeze off water and tear into small pieces.

    Step 3

    热油,爆香姜茸,加入冬菇炒香、放入其余材料B和豆腐碎,最后加入瓜仁炒匀即可上碟。Saute ginger in wok with some oil, add in Chinese mushroom, add in other ingredients B and tofu;stirfry until fragrant; lastly toss in pumpkin seeds,stir to mix and dish out.
