    将全部酱料材料煮滚备用。Mixes all the sauce ingredients and bring to boil.

    蕹菜切段,用滚水汆烫,挤干水份后摆上碟,放上海藻,淋上甜酱和花生芝麻即可。Cut Kangkung into sections,blanch in boiling water,squeeze out excessive water and arrange on plate;top with seaweed and pour sauce over,sprinkle sesame seeds and peanut on top to serve.
