    Step 1

    把姜和清水放入电动搅拌器研磨成茸。Place ginger and water into a food processor and blend into a paste.

    加入盐和白糖,继续搅拌成姜茸。Combine ginger paste with salt and sugar, mix well..Pour ginger paste onto the chicken, add in sesame oil and marinate for at least 2-3 hours.
