八宝奶油荷叶饭 8 treasure ButteredLotus Leaf Rice

材料
茉莉香米3杯、水4½杯、
Echte Boter无盐牛油50克、盐¼茶匙、
酱油2汤匙、新鲜香菇6块(切块)、
无核红枣12颗、枸杞50克、
葡萄干30克、莲子1包、
红烧花生罐头1个、
日本即食栗子60克、
荷叶2片(煮沸后浸泡20分钟)

做法
1.香米淘洗两次,放入Anshin电饭锅。
2.倒入适量的水、盐、酱油和香菇,搅拌均匀,中间放入Echte Boter无盐牛油,启动煮饭键。
3.待米饭煮熟后,开始组合其余食材。
4.将一片荷叶放在蒸锅的中央,如果有孔,则放小块叶子来掩盖。
5.把所有米饭舀入荷叶内,根据你的个人喜好将所有食材铺成圆形设计。
6.摆好后,Anshin电饭锅内锅注入适量水份,调至第2级开始蒸煮20分钟。
7.趁热享用。

Ingredients
3 cups Jasmine Rice, 4½ cup water, 50g Echte Boter Unsalted Butter, ¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce, 6pcs fresh shitake Chinese mushroom (cut into cubes), 12pcs seedless red dates, 50g goji berry, 30g raisins, 1 packet pre-boiled lotus seeds, 1 canned braised peanut, 60g Japanese ready-to-eat chestnut snack, 2pcs lotus leaf (boil in hot water and soak for 20 minutes)

Method
1. Wash the rice and rinse twice. Pour rice into the inner pot of Anshin Rice Cooker.
2. Pour in the measured water, salt, soy sauce, and mushroom then stir well. Place the Echte Boter Unsalted Butter in the middle and cook on rice setting.

3. Once the rice is cooked, then can start to put the ingredients together.
4. Place 1 boiled lotus leaf at the center of the steamer, place smaller pieces leaf if there’s hole.
5. Scoop all the rice into the lotus leaf. Then start arranging the ingredients based on your liking in a circular design.
6. Once done, pour water into inner pot of Anshin Rice cooker to level 2. Then steam the lotus leaf rice for 20 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy.
