千岛虾 Thousand Island Prawn Salad

 

材料
大虾1个(约600克)、番茄30克、奇异果1粒、
青瓜30克、草莓30克、蓝莓20克、
冰菜50克、罗马生菜60克、
紫包菜40克、Kewpie千岛酱60毫升

做法
1.把大虾烫熟将肉取出然后切块备用,保留大虾头作摆盘用途。
2.将所有的水果切成颗粒。
3.把罗马生菜,紫包菜切成丝。
4.将所有的材料与Kewpie千岛酱调味拌均匀。
5.把调拌好的食材摆放在大虾头旁边,即可享用。

Ingredients
1 nos Giant Prawn, 30g Tomato, 1nos Kiwi,
30g Cucumber, 30g Strawberry,
20g Blueberry, 50g Ice Vegetable,
60g Romaine Lettuce, 40g Red Cabbage,
60ml Kewpie Dressing Thousand Island

Method
1. Blanch the giant prawn, and remove the prawn flesh from its shell, and then cut into cubes, keep aside. Keep the prawn head for serving later.
2. Cut all the fruits into small dices.
3. Cut romaine lettuce and red cabbages into thin slices.
4. Mix all the ingredients well, and season it with Kewpie Dressing Thousand Island.
5. Last, place the filling beside the prawn head, ready to be served.
