甘香啦啦 Spicy & Aromatic Lala

材料 A:
新鲜啦啦1kg、咖哩叶适量、清水200毫升
材料B : 蒜茸1汤匙、香茅2支、指天椒8条、咖哩粉2茶匙、蚝油2汤匙、酱油1汤匙、黑酱油½汤匙
做法 :
1. 将材料B放入搅拌机搅拌至细幼。备用。
2. 把搅拌好后的材料放入锅后,炒香后放入啦啦。(图1-2)
3. 注入清水炒至啦啦开壳,放咖哩叶,炒均匀便可上桌。(图3-5)

INGREDIENTS A:
1 kg Lala (clams), Some curry leaves
INGREDIENTS B:
1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 stalks lemon grass, 8
pcs chilli padi, 2 tsp curry powder, 2 tbsp oyster
sauce, ½ tbsps. Dark soy sauce, 200ml water
METHOD :
1. Blend ingredients B in blender until fine; set aside.
2. Put blended ingredients B in pot, saute until aromatic, toss in lala. (pic 1-2)
3. Add in water, cook until Lala’s shell open up; toss in curry leave and dish out. (pic 3-5)
