另外起锅热牛油,把辣椒干和咖哩叶爆香和盛出。Heat butter in a wok.Fry dried chilles and curry leaves until fragrant.Dish out.
加入淡奶和调味料,加入炸鸡肉,炒至沾至均匀,然后把辣椒干和咖哩叶回锅拌均即可。Add evaporated milk and seasoning.Put back the chicken and stir-fry briefly until chicken is well coated with the butter sauce. Return fried curry leaves and dried chillies to mix.
