    Step 1

    将鸡腿加入腌料腌制2小时。Marinate chicken whole-legs with condiments for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    烧热5杯油,将鸡排粘上粟米粉,粘上鸡蛋液在粘上面包糠,即可放进油锅用中小火炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。Heat up 5 cups of oil,coat chicken whole-legs with corn flour, follow with egg sauce and breadcrumb;deep fry in medium low heat until golden brown,drain.

    Step 3

    烧热2汤匙油,爆香蒜茸再加入其余材料B和调味料快炒,即可盛起备用。Heat up 2 tbsp oil,sauté garlic until fragrant,toss in all other ingredients B and seasoning,dish out.

    Step 4

    炸鸡排排在碟子上,加入炒料,再淋上酱料装饰后即可上桌。Place chicken chop on top of serving plate,pour sauce over and serve with stir-frying ingredients.
