    Step 1

    先将马铃薯洗净抹干,用叉将皮刺洞,搽牛油在皮上然后用锡纸包着。Clean and pat dry potatoes,prick all over potato skin with a fork. Brush butter on skin and wrap with a piece of foil paper.

    Step 2

    放入烘炉用200℃烘1小时,取出用汤匙挖出3汤匙肉才填入材料B。Put into oven and bake at 200℃ for 1 hour. Remove and scoop out 3tbsp flesh from potato,fill up with ingredients B.

    Step 3

    再放入烘炉用200℃继续烘15分钟,解开锡纸即可趁热进食。Bake again at 200℃ for 15 minutes. Remove foil and serve hot.
