三文鱼青豆浓汤

材料
烟熏三文鱼50克、青豆1碗、洋葱50克(切丁)、芹菜50克(切丁)、煮熟马铃薯50克、月桂叶2片、蒜米2瓣、百里香少许、水600毫升
50g smoked salmon, 1 bowl peas, 50g each of chopped onion and cerely (diced all), 50g cooked potato (sliced), 2 sprigs bay leaves, 2 pips garlic, dash of thyme, 600ml water

调味料
糖、盐及黑胡椒粉适量、鲜奶油100毫升
some sugar, salt and black pepper, 100g fresh cream

做法
1.在锅里放入少许牛油爆香洋葱、芹菜及蒜米。
1.Heat some butter in wok, sauté onion, celery, potato and garlic until fragrant.

2.加入月桂叶、百里香、1⁄3青豆、马铃薯及半份烟熏三文鱼、注入清水煮大约10分钟,熄火,取出月桂叶。(图1-4)
2.Add in bay leaves, thyme, 1⁄3 of green peas, potato and 1⁄2 portion of smoked salmon, pour in water; boil for about 10 minutes, discard the bay leaves. (pic 1-4)

3.把汤料倒入电动搅拌器内,加入剩余的青豆,研磨至顺滑无颗粒。(图5-6)
3.Transfer the soup mixture into electrical blender, add in remaining peas and grind into paste.(pic 5-6)

4.将青豆汤倒回锅煮滚,加入调味料煮匀。(图7)
4.Return green peas soup to wok, add seasoning and bring to boil again. (pic 7)

5.将汤盛入汤碗内,将剩余的三文鱼切丝撒上即可。
5.Pour soup over serving bowl and top with remaining shredded smoked salmon, done.
