一道让人开胃的乌达豆腐煲,乌达的鲜香搭配豆腐的滑嫩,搭配白饭很合适。

    Directions

    Step 1

    虾仁以少许糖、生粉及蛋白捞匀备用。Mix the shrimp with some sugar, cornstarch and egg white, set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油爆香蒜蓉,放入乌达炒香。Heat 2 tbsp oil and saute the minced garlic, add Otak-otak and saute until fragrant.

    Step 3

    倒入上汤煮滚,加入豆腐、虾仁及调味料。Pour the broth and bring to a boil, add tofu, shrimp and seasonings.

    Step 4

    以少许粟粉水勾芡,并撒入指天椒及疯柑叶即可。Thicken the cornstarch with a little cornflour water, sprinkle with Chili Padi and kaffir lime leave.
