    烘至金黄色的亚邦巴力,脆中带软外皮,满满的椰糖和斑兰香气。

    Step 1

    将材料A小火煮溶,稍凉后加入材料B拌匀至滑面糊。过滤面糊,置放1小时。Bring ingredients A to a boil over low heat, then add in ingredients B and mix well until the batter is smooth. Strain batter and let stand for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    烧热模型,抹上少许油,倒入适量的浓面糊后盖好,以小火烘至金黄色至熟,对折后取出享用。Lightly heat up mould with a little oil, pour batter into the mould cover with lids and back over low heat until it turn to brown color and cooked, fold in half and serve.
