加入红黄甜椒、奇异果和优格调制出来的味道很特别,搭配鲜豆包和西芹,让不吃蔬菜的孩子也会爱上。

    Directions

    Step 1

    西芹、红萝卜清理后切5公分长条。奇异果、冬菇切条。用热水先煮软红萝卜、西芹,捞出沥水待凉用。Wash the celery and carrot, cut into 5cm long strips. Cut kiwi and mushrooms into strips. To boil the carrots and celery with hot water until soft, remove and drain for cooling, set aside.

    Step 2

    把豆包撕开长片,开两段,铺平排入材料A,卷上,用牙签定型。Tear off the fresh soy chips to long piece, split into two sections, put ingredients A on top and roll it up, then shape it with a toothpick.

    Step 3

    烧热少许油,放入豆包卷煎至两面金黄色,盛起备用。Heat some oil, add soy chips and fry until golden brown on both sides, set aside.

    Step 4

    将材料B用小火煮滚,加入调味料拌均匀,淋在豆包卷上即可。Bring ingredient B to a boil over low heat, add seasonings and mix evenly, then pour it on the soy chips, enjoy.
