养生药膳蒸软骨 Herbal Steamed Ribs

【材料】
猪软骨400克、当归5片、枸杞1汤匙、红枣6粒、水5汤匙
【调味料】
蚝油1茶匙、生抽1汤匙、麻油1茶匙、盐少许、绍兴酒1汤匙
【做法】
1. 将猪软骨斩成件,洗净,加入调味料捞匀。(图1-2)
2. 把药膳及水加入软骨拌匀,然后以中火蒸40分钟便可。(图3-6)

【Ingredients】
400g soft pork ribs, 5 slices DangGui, 1 tbsp GouQi, 6 pcs red dates, 5 tbsp water
【Seasoning】
1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of salt, 1 tbsp cooking wine
【Method】
1. Chop ribs into pieces, wash and marinates with seasoning.(pic 1-2)
2. Mixes all herbals ingredients and water with ribs, steam for 40 minutes in medium heat, done. (pic 3-6)
