【材料】
雪耳20克、沙参20克、玉竹20克、马蹄5粒、陈皮1片、蜜枣3粒、清水1.5公升
【调味料】
有机糖适量
【做法】
1. 把马蹄去皮拍松;雪耳浸发去蒂,洗净撕小朵。(图1)
2. 将全部材料和水一起先煮沸,改用小火煮约2小时。
3. 加入有机糖,再煮10分钟即可享用。(图2-5)

【Ingredients】
20g white fungus, 20g Sha Shen, 20g Yu Zhu, 5 water chestnut, 1 sprig dried tangerine, 3 pcs honey
dates,1.5 liter water
【Seasoning】
Some organic sugar
【Method】
1. Peel the skin of water chestnuts and smashed them. Soaked and washed white fungus and tear
into small florets.(pic 1)
2. Place all ingredients in pot with water and bring to boil. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Add in organic sugar and boil for another 10 minutes, done.(pic 2-5)
