    Step 1

    将冬瓜隔水蒸20分钟,备用。Steam winter melon for 20 minutes and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热油爆香所有剁姜酱料,加入调味料煮至酱汁浓稠,淋上蒸熟的冬瓜上面即成。Heat oil in wok,suate all ginger sauce ingredients until fragrant,add in seasoning and cook until gravy reduced,pour it over winter melon to serve.
