    Step 1

    将杏鲍菇切滚刀形,拌入腌料腌1小时。油炸前,拌入面粉,放入热油炸至金黄色(中火炸)捞起,片刻后再回镬炸至酥脆,捞起备用。Cut abalone mushroom in uneven shape,marinate with condiments for 1 hour; coated with flour and deep fry until golden brown in medium heat. Dish out and re-fry again until crispy.

    Step 2

    镬中留适量油,爆香调味料,加入剩余材料A炒香,加入材料B的清水,煮片刻,最后加入炸菇炒匀上碟即成。Heat some oil in wok,sauté seasoning until fragrant,add in remaining ingredients A and water,boil a short while and then toss in fried mushroom,stir well and dish out.
