    拌匀炸面糊料成面糊备用。Mixes batter ingredients into smooth batter.

    Step 2

    猴头菇浸软切块,冲洗川烫后渣干水份,拌入腌料腌上1小时备用。Soak monkey head mushroom until soften,then cut into small pieces,blanch and squeeze out water and then marinate with condiments for 1 hour.

    Step 3

    烧热油,将已腌入味的猴头菇逐块沾面糊,放入油炸至金黄色,至全部炸好上碟,享用时沾上辣椒酱即可。Heat oil in wok,dip mushroom in batter one by one,deep fry until golden brown,drain. Serve with chilli sauce.
