猪尾巴其实也就是皮包骨,因此骨头对于我们的补钙功效还是不错,所以对于中老年人的骨质疏松之类的也很有作用。猪尾巴含丰富的蛋白质和胶质的肉类,对丰胸的贡献很大,另外也具备补腰力、益骨髓的功效,可谓男女老少皆适合食用。

    Step 1

    烧热1汤匙油入瓦煲,爆香姜片、蒜头、南乳、腐乳和豆酱,加入猪尾炒至收缩。Heat 1 tbsp oil in claypot, saute ginger, garlic, fermented bean curd and soy bean paste until fragrant, then toss in pig's tail.

    Step 2

    加入花生兜抄至香味溢出,注入上汤煮滚,加盖以小火焖煮约1小时半至花生、猪尾够软。Add in peanuts and pour in stock, cover lid and simmer in low heat for 1 1/2 hours, until both the peanuts and pig's tail are soften.

    Step 3

    加入剩余调味料煮滚即可。Toss in remaning seasoning and bring to boil, done.
