    Step 1

    锅中以少许油爆香南姜和香茅,加入泰式冬炎酱、疯柑叶、指天椒炒香。Saute lengkuas and lemongrass with some oil, add in Thai tom yam sauce, kaffir lime leaves and chili padi, stir fry till fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入鸡腿拌匀,并倒入高汤煮滚至鸡腿熟。Add in chicken drumsticks and stock, bring to a boil until chicken cooked through.

    Step 3

    放入草菇、番茄和调味料煮滚。Add in straw mushrooms, tomatoes and seasonings, bring to a boil.

    Step 4

    倒入浓椰浆和酸柑汁调味。Pour in thick coconut milk and lime juice to taste.

    Step 5

    最后撒上芫荽叶即可。Sprinkle some coriander and enjoy.
