    Step 1

    将猪前脚,放入沸水中川烫好,捞起洗净,沥 干备用。镬内热2汤匙的油,爆香姜片及蒜米。 Blanched pig trotter in a pot of boiling water, rinse and drain. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger and garlic till fragrant

    Step 2

    加入八角、桂皮、小茴香、丁香一齐炒香。 Add in star anise, cinnamon, fennel and cloves, stir-fry until aromatic

    Step 3

    加入猪脚、香菇和调味料,炒均后注入上汤盖 过面焖煮至滚。 Toss in trotter, mushrooms and seasoning, stir to mix, and then pour in stock enough to cover the ingredients, bring to boil.(

    Step 4

    转小火继续焖至猪脚软,汤汁浓稠即可上桌。 Once boiled, simmer in low heat until trotter soften and gravy thicken.
