    Step 1

    用4汤匙油炒香材料D,加入材料E再炒香。Stir fry ingredients D with 4 tbsp oil until fragrant, add in ingredients E stir fry until aromatic.

    Step 2

    倒入3杯水煮滚,加入全部材料C煮熟,拌入材料F调味,取出盛碗。Pour in 3 cups water, bring to the boil, add in all the ingredients C to cook, stir in ingredients F to taste. Remove and put in a bowl.

    Step 3

    炸油烧热,将腌鱼片粘上粟粉然后放入油内炸至金黄色,取出放在咖喱上即可。Heat oil for deep frying, coat marinated fish sliced with corn-flour and deep fry until golden brown, remove and put it on curry.
