    Step 1

    中火起锅,倒入橄榄油,煎鲜虾撒点食盐和胡椒碎。将鲜虾煎到金黄色,取出放盘。Medium heat, heat the wok and pour in amount of olive oil. Sear the prawn, season with salt and ground pepper. Once the prawn turn golden brown, remove and put on plate.

    Step 2

    同样一个锅,倒入白兰她,橄榄油和咸蛋黄,炒香到起泡。On same wok, put planta, olive oil and salted egg yok. Cook until fragrance and bubbly.

    Step 3

    倒入指天椒,蒜米,咖喱叶继续爆香。加入淡奶,意大利面水煮到酱浓稠,再倒入意大利面,鲜虾和调味料。Add in chili padi, garlic, curry leaf and cook until fragrance. Add in evaporated milk and pasta water. Once the sauce thicken up add in spaghetti, prawn, stir and season well.

    Step 4

    意大利面煮法:将一锅清水煮到沸腾,再倒入食盐和橄榄油。放入意大利面,偶尔搅拌下。煮大约9分钟或煮至“弹牙”口感。How to cook spaghetti: Boil a pot of water, add salt and olive oil. Put in the spaghetti, stir and cook for 9 minutes or cook until al-dante (to the bite) texture.
