咸香可口塔香素鸡Vegetarian Salted Basil Mock Chicken

香酥可口的炸素鸡块，带有咖喱粉和九层塔香气，口感一点也不输真的鸡肉块哦。

Step 1

把香酥素鸡放入大碗里，加入腌料拌匀，腌制30分钟。In a big bowl, marinate mock chicken with marinated ingredients for 30 minutes.

Step 2

加入粟米粉和九层塔叶碎拌均，再裹上木薯粉待用。Add in corn flour and chopped basil leaves, mix well. Coat the chicken with tapioca flour, set aside.

Step 3

放入热油里，用大火炸至金黄色，捞起沥干油趁热上桌。Deep fry the mock chicken into hot oil till crispy and golden brown, dish out and drain. Serve hot.
