    咸鱼头很咸,做菜没法吃,做汤下火,和豆腐是绝配。如果全身燥热、胃火上升、头痛、燥热咳嗽,都可以用此汤作食疗。

    Step 1

    烧热适量油把咸鱼头、骨煎香,取出后以热水冲洗多余油脂,备用。Heat oil in wok, deep fry salted fish head and bone till fragrant, remove and wash with hot water to remove oil, set aside.

    Step 2

    猪肉以热水汆烫洗净备用。Blanch pork into boiling water, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    把水倒入锅中,放入全部材料煮滚后转小火,继续煮40分钟。Arrange all ingredients and water into pot, cook with low heat for about 40 minutes.

    Step 4

    调味后即可享用。Season to taste and serve hot.
