咸鱼莲藕煎肉饼 Salted Lotus Meet Patties

【材料】
五花肉碎300克、嫩莲藕120克(切碎)、梅香咸
鱼20克(煎香)
【调味料】
鸡精粉1⁄2茶匙、粟粉1汤匙、胡椒粉1茶匙、糖1⁄2
茶匙
【做法】
1. 将莲藕去皮切丁。(图1)
2. 猪肉碎加入调味料拌匀,大力挞至起胶。(图2)
3. 加入莲藕和咸鱼,分小份搓成肉饼。(图3-4)
4. 镬内热少许油,放入莲藕饼煎至金黄色或熟,即可享用。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
300g minced pork belly, 120g young lotus root
(chopped), 20g Mui Heong salted fish (sauté)
【Seasonings】
1⁄2 tsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp pepper, 1⁄2 tsp sugar
【Method】
1. Peel and chop lotus roof finely. (pic 1)
2. Mix seasoning into minced meat and blend until springy.(pic 2)
3. Add in chopped lotus root and salted fish, apportion make into small patties.(pic 3-4)
4. Sear patties in hot oil until cooked and serve. (pic 5-6)
