    啤酒的妙用造就了完美脆皮多汁烤鸡,都是周末小聚极好的选择。

    Step 1

    烤炉预热至180°C。Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Step 2

    把所有腌料混合,保留1汤匙给酱汁用。其余都涂抹在鸡只的内外,包括鸡皮下层。Combine all special spicy rub ingredients in a bowl. Reserve 1 tbsp for special sauce. Rub remainder inside chicken cavity, beneath the skin and outside. Set aside to marinate.

    Step 3

    把酱汁材料混合,打开啤酒,只用半罐,将酱汁混合料倒入啤酒罐里,然后摇晃,把材料混合均匀。Combine special sauce in a measuring jug, open the beer can, use only half can, pour special sauce into the can of beer. Swirl can gently to combine sauce and beer.

    Step 4

    准备烤盘,把啤酒罐放在烤盘里,然后小心把鸡跨放在罐上面,扯鸡腿以平衡;然后涂满牛油,并把柠檬插在鸡颈项内。Prepare a roasting pan. Place beer can in the pan and carefully slide chicken cavity over the can. Pull the chicken legs forwards to stabilize chicken. Brush butter all over the chicken. Stuff lemon quarter into the neck cavity.

    Step 5

    鸡烤约75分钟后从烤炉取出,待凉20分钟后去掉啤酒罐。Roast chicken for 75 minutes, then remove from oven and allow resting for 20 minutes. Carefully discard the beer can.

    Step 6

    将烤鸡汁和啤酒罐里的材料倒入小锅里,小火焖煮至成稠汁。Transfer all drippings and contents of beer can to a small pot, simmer over low heat till slightly thickened to make a beer sauce.

    Step 7

    烤鸡砍成八件,配煮汁吃。Chopped chicken into 8 pieces and serve with sauce.
