    茄子和番茄放在一起,可以做出一道既营养又美味的佳肴,茄子含有丰富的蛋白质,而且它100克只有24卡。

    Step 1

    把番茄略割十字刀,放入蒸锅蒸约3-4分钟,去皮,放入搅拌机略打碎待用。Tomato slightly cut cross, steam for 3-4minutes, peel and blend until smooth, set aside.

    Step 2

    茄子洗净切成1寸丁块,用少许油以中火略煎香,盛起待用。Cut eggplant into 1 inch, stir fry with some oil, dish out and set aside.

    Step 3

    镬内热少许油,放入煎茄子与调味料,炒匀。Heat some oil in wok, add eggplant and all seasoning, stir fry well.

    Step 4

    加入番茄茸、九层塔和Kewpie芝麻酱,拌匀即可。Pour in tomato puree, basil leaves and kewpie sesame sauce, mix well and serve hot.
