    Step 1

    将西芹和红甜椒切成菱形小块,备用。Cut celery and red capsicum into small wedges.

    Step 2

    金瓜片用油炸至香脆,备用。Deep fry pumpkin slices until crispy.

    Step 3

    马铃薯连皮煮软后去皮,趁热压烂,加入调味料拌匀待冷,备用。Boil potato with skin until cooked, peel and mash whist hot;toss in seasoning and let cool down.

    Step 4

    奶油乳酪放于室温下软化,加入马铃薯泥拌匀后,装入挤花袋内,挤在西芹凹陷处和红甜椒上,再用炸脆金瓜片做装饰。Soften cream cheese in room temperature and mix with mashed potato, put into pastry bag and pipe onto celery and capsicum wedges;garnish with crispy pumpkin and serve.
