    Step 1

    将鱼片洗净,沥干水分,加入腌料腌制10分钟。Wash and drain fish fillets,and then marinate with condiments for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    准备大个搅拌碗,加入啤酒脆浆材料,同一个方向充分搅拌成浓糊,备用。Mixes flour with beer in a big mixing bowl,stir in same direction into thick batter,set aside.

    Step 3

    烧热5杯炸油。Heat 5 cups oil in wok.

    Step 4

    将鱼片粘上干粉再粘上啤酒脆浆,然后放进油镬,炸至金黄色捞起沥干油份。Coat fish fillets with dry flour,follow with batter,and then deep fry until golden brown. Drain.

    Step 5

    排在碟子,装饰后即可享用。Arrange in serving plate and accompany with garnishing,done.
