    Step 1

    煮一锅水,加入少许盐和糖,滚开后把虾放入川烫20-30秒钟,盛出滴干后放在纸巾上。Bring a pot of water to a boil.Add a pinch of salt and sugar to taste. Once water boils rapidly put in the prawns and blanch briefly within 20-30 seconds. Dish out and drain on paper towels.

    Step 2

    把柠檬汁滴在虾肉上,待10分钟。Drizzle lemon juice over the prawns and let the prawns rest for 10 minutes.

    所有切丁材料及虾肉混合。Combine all diced ingredients together in a bowl.

    将所有酱汁材料混合,搅拌均匀。For the sauce:Combine all ingredients and stir well.

    Step 5

    以玻璃杯装切丁混合材料,淋上酱汁,再铺上1只虾,即刻享用。Serve the cocktail prawns in serving glasses and drizzle sauce over the prawns. Top up with another prawn. Serve at once.
