墨西哥木瓜沙拉 MEXICO PAPAYA SALAD

材料
木瓜400克、日本黄瓜1条(切丁)、橙色及黄色灯笼椒各1粒、feta 羊奶酪100克、芫茜50克、腰豆50克(炸香,剁碎)、柠檬汁及皮茸1粒、糖1茶匙
做法
1 木瓜洗净去皮切丁;日本黄瓜及灯笼椒分别切粒备用。(图1-3)
2 feta 羊奶酪切丁备用。(图4)
3 将全部材料放入大碗内,加入柠檬皮茸,挤入汁,撒入糖拌匀。(图5-7)
4 吃时放入捣碎腰豆一起享用。(图8)

INGREDIENTS
400g papaya, 1 Japanese cucumber (diced), 1 each of orange & yellow capsicum, 100g feta cheese, 50g
coriander, 50g cashew nut (toasted and chopped), 1 lemon (juice and zest), 1 tsp sugar
METHOD
1 Peel papaya and dice; dice Japanese cucumber and capsicums.(pic 1-3)
2 Dice feta cheese, set aside.(pic 4)
3 Put all ingredients in big mixing bowl, add in grated lemon zest, squeeze in the lemon juice and toss in
sugar, mixes well. (pic 5-7)
4 Sprinkle chopped cashew nut on top when serving. (pic 8)
